Make Your Own Trick-or-Treat Wreath

DIY Trick Or Treat Wreath
Written by Health Journal

To make this Halloween wreath you will need:

  • 16 inch foam wreath form
  • 1 skein thick white yarn
  • approximately 10 sheets of felt (various colors)
  • assorted accessories and decorative elements
  • hot glue gun

Directions:

  1. Using the hot glue gun to anchor the yarn to the wreath form, fully wrap the form until no foam can
    be seen.
  2. Using a round object, trace various sized circles onto the felt pieces. Cut out circles and then cut into spirals, discarding the remaining scrap pieces.
  3. Tightly wind the spirals from the outside in and secure with a small dab of hot glue to create “flowers.”
  4. Hot glue the assorted flowers to the yarn-wrapped wreath in an asymmetrical design. When you are finished adding flowers, secure your decorative accessories to the wreath using a generous amount of hot glue.
  5. When completed, proudly hang your wreath for trick-or-treaters to enjoy all season long!

Congrats! You have finished your Halloween wreath that will last for seasons to come.

For a festive twist, try this with different colors and combinations for other holidays throughout the year!
