Try This Simple Recipe to Prepare Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

2 Swordfish Steaks 
Seasoning of Choice
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil

Brush swordfish steaks with olive oil, then sprinkle liberally on both sides with your choice of seasoning. (We used key lime from the Key West Spice Co.) Lay swordfish on maple planks, then place planks on grill on high heat. Cook for about five minutes on each side, then remove the fish from planks and sear directly on grill for about a minute on each side. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.

Note: Make sure you soak the planks in water for at least an hour prior to grilling.
