Grilled Sweet Corn with Wasabi Mayo

There's nothing better than a simple twist on an old favorite - dress up your grilled corn with shredded cheese, fresh chopped herbs or wasabi mayo.

Ingredients
  1. 4 ears of sweet corn
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
  4. Olive Oil (for brushing)
Instructions
  1. • Lay four unhusked ears of corn on the grill over medium heat, turning periodically
  2. • Once the husks begin to brown and dry, remove from heat and allow to cool for a minute or two.
  3. • Once the cobs have cooled enough to be held, remove the husk and garnish.
  4. -or-
  5. • Lightly brush four husked ears of corn with olive oil and lay on the grill over medium heat, turning periodically.
  6. • Once the cobs begin to burn remove from heat and garnish.
  7. • Garnish Ideas: butter, salt, pepper, dried herbs, shredded cheese or wasabi mayo.
  8. • Wasabi Mayo: 1/2 cup mayonase mixed with 1 tablespoon wasabi paste. Combine well and spread a small amount over corn.
