Contest Rules, Terms & Conditions
This online contest is being offered by Rian Enterprises, LLC dba The Health Journal located in Williamsburg, Virginia. The contest is open to all residents of North America ages 18 years or older except employees of Rian Enterprises, LLC and their relatives and/or anyone otherwise connected with the organization. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the website https://www.thehealthjournals.com. One entry allowed per person. Closing date for monthly entries is the last day of each month. Rian Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for entries that aren’t received for whatever reason.

Rian Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible.
The monthly prize is a $100 gift card. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen on the first day of each month. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the next closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. We will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: contest@thehealthjournals.com. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to Rian Enterprises, LLC dba The Health Journal and not to any other party.
A member of The Health Journal staff will select a winner each month, which will be picked at random from all entries received but the cutoff date. The decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. Rian Enterprises, LLC shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, and such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. Rian Enterprises, LLC also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
