Sour Cream & Chive Crackers

4 teaspoons fresh chives, roughly chopped
2 cups almond flour or meal
5 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder

• Preheat oven to 250 F
• Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix
• Knead the mixture for about 1 minute, until smooth
• Put dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
• Top with another sheet of paper and roll out dough
• Remove top sheet and lightly cut dough into squares with a knife or pizza cutter
• Bake for 50-60 minutes, careful not to burn
• Let cool completely, then break into squares

These crackers are low-carb and gluten-free!
