DeLuca Gelato
Clean and cheerful Italian Gelato shop. All flavors are gluten-free, unless a wheat ingredient is added to the flavor, such as cookies or cannoli shells. Each pan has its scoop all day long. Gelato is made with almost the same ingredients as ice cream, but it has only six to eight percent fat (see website) as opposed to American ice cream which can contain as high as 20 percent fat. The fresh fruit sorbettos have no fat and no dairy. Choose from a gamut of flavors, from strawberry to lemon, to chocolate orange.
