  • Every second each cell in your body coordinates billions of chemical reactions.
  • Every day your heart beats 1000x’s, pumps 2000 gallons thru 60,000 miles of vessels.
  • Every month you completely regenerate your outer layer of skin.
  • If you made an effort, in 4 weeks, you completely influence your skin.
  • Every 3 months you completely rebuild and replace your blood supply.
  • Every 10 years, adults rebuild and remodel every bone in the body. You get a new skeleton every ten years! Children do so every year. The body needs calcium, magnesium, boron and Vitamin D to do so.
  • Children are fussier than ever today – due to zinc deficiency. Zinc is responsible for taste & texture of food. Oysters and seeds are good sources.
  • Nutritional information appears to constantly change. Food is designed to energize you. Information moves in cycles, every 30 years.
  • Food should not bloat us.
  • During the low fat era, they removed the fat from foods and filled the gap with sugar and then masked it with salt. Waistlines got bigger than ever during this time.
  • Eat more real food. More plant foods, get a plan together to enhance energy and vitality. Use energy and how your clothes fit to gauge.
  • Your stomach is as big as your closed fist when it’s empty. Food sits in your stomach for a half hour.
