For the Love of Beets: Enjoy this Delicious Beet, Feta and Cashew Dip


  • 1 pack white wine + balsamic Love Beets — quartered
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled (plus some more to garnish)
  • 2/3 cups cashew nuts
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro — chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic — pressed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Season with salt and ground pepper
  3. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with some feta and cilantro
