Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cups raw walnuts (preferably soaked and dried)
  2. 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  4. 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  5. 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons of fresh sage
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  8. 1 teaspoon thinly sliced green onion
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except green onion and parsley into the food processor with an S blade. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add in green onion & parsley and pulse mixture until you can see pieces of parsley throughout the mixture.
  3. Use the batter to make 12 meatballs. Place the meatballs onto a dehydrator sheet or a non-stick oven sheet.
  4. Dehydrate for 6 hours at 150 degrees or bake at 250 degrees until desired texture is reached.
