Ingredients
  1. 2 8-oz. containers Tofutti plain nondairy cream cheese
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. Dash vanilla
  5. Graham cracker crust
  6. 1 can cherry pie filling or fresh berries
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Blend together the nondairy cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla and pour into the graham cracker crust.
  3. 3. Bake for 60 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  4. 4. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
