Make Your Own Toothpaste

Creating your own toothpaste saves you money and allows you to eliminate extra
ingredients found in commercial toothpaste. Bonus: it takes less than 5 minutes to make.

You Will Need:

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup bentonite clay
2 tablespoons calcium carbonate powder
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
10 drops peppermint or lemon essential oils
Stevia, for taste

To Make:

1.     Mix all ingredients, except clay, in a food processor until smooth. Or mix thoroughly with utensils.
2.    Mix in clay, and store in a mason jar or squeeze tube.

Lasts up to three months.
