Vegan Ginger Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  1. 1 medium onion, chopped
  2. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1 cup hot water
  5. 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  6. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  7. 1 cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  8. 3 tablespoons of Braggs or vegan soy sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  10. dash of cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. 1. In medium saucepan, sauce the onions and garlic in oil until translucent.
  2. 2. Stir in the water, curry, ginger, nut butter, Braggs or vegan soy sauce, sesame oil, and cayenne
  3. 3. Whisk or stir together until smooth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
