I finally had a few days to do some spring cleaning for expected out-of-town company. My daily exercise is a 45-minutes walk, with strength building everyother day. Since I thrree days to prepare for three people, used cleaning as my exercise. Part may have been stress, but after the first day and a half, I fell off the wagon and ate more carbs. I felt really hungry I think because I was being physical most of the day. Sadly, instead of using the housework to benefit me, I ate more and not always good choices. Nothing really too bad but nothing too good. I am on a mission, because of some upcoming family events in May to stick to my weight loss plan. My goal is 10 pounds over the next eight weeks.
